A feed is the wrong shape for a memory
Feeds want more. Memories get worse when they have to perform. The voicemail from someone you love is not content. If an app needs likes, a grid, or a public profile to make sense, it is not a keeper.

Is Day One private enough?
Day One can be a private diary. It still assumes you will write. Choose it if you want a journal. Choose Memora if you want a voicemail to come back without an audience or a blank page.
Does “no feed” mean everything stays only on the phone?
It means there is no social product. Read the Privacy Policy for storage and account details. Clerk is for account and subscription, not a public wall of memories.
